Owners and managers use it when they cannot attend every counter themselves. A PRO renews the trade licence and visas. A finance officer deals with the bank. A branch manager signs routine contracts. The company grants it through whoever holds authority, usually the manager named in the memorandum of association or a person a resolution authorises. The document lists what the representative may do. A representative who must sell, mortgage or transfer shares needs those acts named. The company can revoke it at any time and grant a new one. General manager appointment Changes who manages the company. We check each point before you sign. ## Rejection reasons, and the fix 01 The task is not listed Fix: name every counter and task the representative will handle. 02 The signatory had no authority Fix: cite the memorandum clause or attach the resolution. 03 The name differs from the ID Fix: copy the name exactly from the passport or Emirates ID. 04 The bank wants its own form Fix: use the bank’s form and check it against your memorandum.
