Each of these can be caught before the document is signed. 01 The signer lacks authority Fix: add the resolution or POA that gives it. 02 The powers do not cover the act Fix: name the act plainly in the document. 03 Names do not match the IDs Fix: copy each name exactly from the passport or Emirates ID. 04 The languages differ Fix: draft both texts together and add a governing language clause.
