An annulment is a second agreement between the same partners that ends it. It is usually one step in closing the company, alongside liquidation and cancelling the trade licence. A partner who sold their shares is still named. A new partner is missing because the transfer was never recorded. Or one partner cannot attend and has no power of attorney.
