Dubai Notary Services is a document services provider. We draft, check and arrange. The notarial act is performed by a Dubai Courts notary under his own authority. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we are a notary, that we are licensed to perform notarial acts, or that we act for Dubai Courts.
Nothing here is advice on your situation
The explanations on this site describe how instruments generally work and why they are commonly refused. They are written to help you ask the right questions. They are not legal advice, they do not take account of your circumstances, and they do not create any adviser and client relationship. Where a matter needs legal advice, take it from a lawyer, and we will say so when we see it.
Published fees can change
The fees on this site are ours, current at the date the page was last reviewed, and may vary with the nature of a document and its requirements. Fees set by Dubai Courts, ministries and diplomatic missions are those bodies’ own and change without notice to us. Every fee is confirmed to you in writing before work starts, and the written confirmation prevails over this site.
Third parties decide for themselves
Whether a bank, a registry, a counterparty or a foreign authority accepts a notarised document is that body’s decision. The lists on this site of authorities and institutions that accept documents we have prepared record our experience; they are not a guarantee of acceptance in any particular case.
