Legal Drafting Services in Dubai
Our legal drafting services in Dubai prepare the documents that go before a notary: powers of attorney, resolutions, MOA changes, contracts, affidavits and declarations. We draft in Arabic and English, and our in-house notary public notarises the final document at our Business Bay office.

What we draft, and why it matters
A notary checks who is signing and that they sign freely. The notary does not fix a badly written document. If the names, powers or dates are wrong, the document can be refused later by a bank, a registrar or a court.
We draft to avoid that. We ask what the document has to do and where it will be used. Then we write it in Arabic and English, with the parties named exactly as on their passports or Emirates IDs, and the company named exactly as on its trade licence. You read it, we make changes, and our in-house notary public notarises the final version. Read why we draft bilingual legal documents in Arabic and English together.
Documents we draft
Powers of attorney
From AED 1,500
General and special POAs, for people and companies.
Board resolutions
From AED 2,000
Decisions of the board, with the signatories and powers stated.
Contracts and agreements
Commercial contracts and agency agreements, ready for signature.
01
The parties, named exactly
As on the passport, Emirates ID or trade licence.
02
What the document does
The powers given, the decision taken, or the terms agreed.
03
Limits and dates
When it starts, when it ends, and what it does not cover.
04
Where it will be used
A bank, a registrar, a court or another country.
05
The governing language
Which text wins if the Arabic and English differ.
06
Signature blocks
One for every party who must sign.
Get the scope right first
Tell us what the document must achieve and who will read it. A POA for a bank reads differently from one for a property sale. We ask before we draft, so the first version is close to the last.
How it works
01
Send what you have
An old draft, a sample from the receiving office, or a short note.
02
We ask a few questions
Who signs, what it must do, and where it goes.
03
We draft in Arabic and English
You read it and ask for changes.
04
Our in-house notary public notarises it
At our Business Bay office, online, or at your home.
What it costs

| Memorandum of association | From AED 600 |

What to send
Copies of the passport or Emirates ID of every party. For a company, the trade licence and the MOA. Any draft or sample you have been given.
Template
A template you fill in
Often misses the receiving office’s wording. Names and powers may not match your papers.
Drafted by us
A document we draft
Written for your case and your receiving office, in Arabic and English, then notarised.

Small details decide acceptance
Most refusals come from small things, not big ones. We check each of them before you sign.
- A name spelt differently from the passport
- A company name without its legal form
- Powers that are too wide or too narrow
- A missing date or signature block
What we check before you sign
Names against passports and IDs
Company name against the licence
Signatory authority
Powers and limits
Start and end dates
Arabic and English match
Governing language clause
Signature blocks
Where it will be used
Where drafts get refused
Drafts are refused when the signer has no authority, the powers do not cover the act, the names do not match the IDs, or the two languages say different things. Each of these can be caught before the document is signed.
01
The signer lacks authority
Fix: add the resolution or POA that gives it.
02
The powers do not cover the act
Fix: name the act plainly in the document.
03
Names do not match the IDs
Fix: copy each name exactly from the passport or Emirates ID.
04
The languages differ
Fix: draft both texts together and add a governing language clause.
After notarisation
01
Use it in the UAE
Take the notarised original to the bank, registrar or office that asked for it.
02
Use it abroad
It may need Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation, then the destination embassy.
03
Translate if asked
Some offices want a translation by a Ministry of Justice registered legal translator.
04
Keep the original safe
Store it with your company or personal records.

Changing a signed document
A notarised document is not edited. It is replaced, amended or revoked by a new document, which is notarised too. We draft that document the same way.

Send your draft or a short note. We tell you what it needs.
